Junior Achievement helps create tomorrow's leaders.  Our unique programs allow students to experience and understand business, preparing them for leadership.  Our programs enable young people to gain financial responsibility, make confident decisions and become innovators.

Thanks to the generosity of our directors, partners and mentors, Junior Achievement of Canada is inspiring, preparing and empowering today’s youth to succeed in an ever-changing global economy. Through the Junior Achievement programs and partnership, we are providing youth with knowledge and tools focused on work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

This year, 231,530 students received over 1.4 million hours of instructional learning from over 13,000 committed mentors. These mentors combine their real life knowledge and expertise with JA Canada’s programs to help provide youth with skills and understanding they need to succeed. For over 55 years, JA Canada has been providing programs that have reached almost 3.8 million Canadian youth – completely free-of-charge.
