JA volunteers foster the entrepreneurial spirit of Canadian youth by inspiring them to start a business, define a career plan and make better financial decisions. JA volunteers help youth develop the confidence and knowledge they need to pursue their dreams.

We are committed to protecting our participants, staff and volunteers as well as the credibility of our organization as an advocate of youth. As part of our professional volunteer development practices, we strive to create and maintain a safe environment as well as find the right match between potential volunteer and the current volunteer positions we have available. In some volunteer positions, we may request your permission to conduct a police records check as part of the volunteer registration process.
